Day 1/2: Arriving in Kathmandu
After a warm welcome we arranged your transfer from the airport to the hotel. Use the rest of the day for visiting the city center with its temples and enjoy the garden of your hotel.

Day 3: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
After breakfast we pick you up for a sightseeing tour. With an experienced local guide you can visit historic places like the famous Boudanat stupa, the largest in all of South Asia. This is a very important place for pilgrims from all over the world.
You can easily enjoy your time around this place, have dinner in one of the many restaurants and enjoy the view from a nice rooftop terrace. If you like you can visit the Hindu cremation and temple complex of Pashupatinath. This is Nepal's most sacred Hindu pilgrimage site. Furthermore you can visit Swayamboudnath, the temple at this place is also called the "monkey temple" because a lot of monkeys live around this site.
Day 4: Drive from Kathmandu to Besishahar with a short trek to Bhulbhule
Together with your guide you drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (800m) by bus or car. The drive takes arround 6 hours, If you like you can do a small hike to Bhulbhule. This easy hike gives you a great entry into your adventure and the small village a more local and personal experience. We stay overnight in a guesthouse.
Day 5: Trek to Jagat
After a breakfast by your choice we start our first day hike till Jagat. The landscape is characterized by rice fields and a lot of vegetation.
Day 6: Trek to Dharapani
Today you walk up and down through a deep river valley, past rice fields and subtropical forest. It doesn't take long to face the first seven thousand on the horizon. We can enjoy lunch in Tal, a picturesque village next to a small river. In this very fertile area, high waterfalls, bush forests and pine trees alternate. The path continues to climb later. In the afternoon you will reach the Manang district and arrive in Dharapani (2100m).
Day 7: Trek to Chame
The path leads first along the river bank and through bamboo groves. Then the path suddenly drops off and the valley opens up to a large plateau. You cross this level and walk past fields of corn, barley and potatoes. A rocky path takes you to Chame (2700m), the administrative center of the Manang District. In addition to numerous shops, there is also a school.
Day 8: Trek Chame-Pisang-Manang
The trekking leads to Pisang (3500m). On a long suspension bridge you can enjoy great views of the Paungda Danda rock and face Annapurna II. The vegetation is decreasing more and more and the thin air is becoming more noticeable. The landscape here is very different from 2 days ago! Much barren and the high mountains seem to be within your grasp.
Day 9: Trek to Manang via Nagwal

Day 12: Trek to High Camp
Day 13: Trek to Muktinath over Thorong La Pass 5416m
Day 16: Sightseeing around Pokhara
Day 17: Fly or drive to Kathmandu
